We manufacture and supply Short Circuit Rings from Copper (ETP, OFC, Zirconium Copper etc.), Copper Alloys (Brass, Bronze etc.), Aluminium and Steel. The slotting on the rings can be done as per Customers requirement on VMC machines. The rings are seamless and are either forged, rolled or centrifugally cast as per the customer requirement. We manufacture rings up to 1200 mm diameter.
The Rings are manufactured or sourced as per the drawings and specifications of the customers.
After manufacture each ring is tested for
- NDT
- Conductivity Tests
- Material Specification Tests
- CMM Test as per customer requirement
